Star,
It was great to see you this past Friday at the Lighthouse. Every time I see you the light of Christ enters the room with you – who needs electricity?!
Just a quick note to say that our prayers are with you, your mom, the doctors and staff. No matter the outcome of the surgery we know God has things well in hand.
Be strong… be faithful as always… be a light, Star!
Much love and admiration,
Glenn
My encounter with you was truly a blessing from God. May your radiant smile always show those around you Gods sustaining grace.
with love from your new friend,
Liz
Dear Star,
Hi! We were in First Place together several years back and couldn’t believe when I heard of your battle but reading your excellent article “Look to Jesus” is fantastic. I go Thurs to Dr to find out if my thyroid is still elevated. I feel so tired and cranky but reading your article was so calming and reassuring that regardless Look to Jesus. Thank you and we will begin praying for you, now that we know and please say a prayer for me when you receive this. Love in Christ and prayers, Dianne
thanks for the thoughts, i found your site looking around at other blogs on Christian thoughts and cancer. I myself just finished a year of chemo and i am currently in remission for hodgkin’s. I will add you to our prayers and hope all continues to go well, good luck with the walk. stephen
